The owner of this 1,200sf house is in a comfortable two-bedroom space with a loft space that can be converted from an office to a guest bedroom in 10 minutes. To get to this space a spiral staircase leads upstairs hugged on two walls by a two-story corner window that also floods light into the kitchen and dining spaces. It occupies the back corner of a historic apple orchard. Lines of trees guide you to the façade composed of simple geometry, the essence of contemporary.
